The Annual General Meeting of CFA Association (Russia) - February 27, 2012

On February 27, 2012 the Annual General Meeting of CFA Association (Russia) elected the new Board of Directors for the year 2012.

The CFA Association (Russia) team would like to thank all sixty nine Association members, who participated in the online vote, and those who came to vote in person at this year's AGM.

This year, 14 candidates competed for a place for 9 Board positions. Those are Association’s most active members, who participated in organization of different events of CFA Association and CFA Institute over the past year.

The AGM was opened with a welcoming word from Richard Hainsworth, President of CFA Association (Russia), and Vladimir Tutkevich, CEO of the Association, who presented the Annual Activity report of the Association.

According to the Charter of CFA Association (Russia), nine members of the CFA Association are elected as board members of CFA Russia each year. Please welcome CFA Association (Russia) Board of Directors for the year 2012:

All other Board Member candidates were welcomed to participate in different working committees of the CFA Russia Society, such as: Advocacy, Scholarships Committee, Membership, Events, Technology, and the Education Committee. We hope that their bright ideas and creative potential will now contribute much to the development of the CFA Society in Russia.
