On Monday, October 25, the CFA Association (Russia) held its key event of the year - the VI Annual CFA Conference.

We had at least 150 participants on the venue, primarily CFA Candiates, full members of the CFA Association, and key players in the Russian investment market.

In addition to this, for the first time ever we managed a video broadcast of the event online for over 260 viewers.

At the end of the day, the conference was a success. The Conference featured eight speakers, representing both the international and the local business communities. Three speakers were invited to Moscow by the CFA Institute especially for the CFA Conference, and provided an 'ouside view' at the risks and valuation techniques specific to the Emerging Markets, including Russia. Full conference program can be downloaded at following link -- http://cfarussia.ru/docs20101025/Program_VI_CFA_Conference_20101022_final.pdf

Attached are a few pictures from the event. Within a few days, we will have HQ video recordings of some presentations, with English translation where necessary, and will let you know of the possibilities to review them.

All Conference participants received a brief feedback questionnaire, along with the full set of speakers' presentations.

The CFA Association has a substantial pipeline of professional events coming up, and we look forward to seeing you with us!

With best regards,
The CFA Russia team
