SPEAKER PROFILE

Edwin Sheffield is a certified career coach through the Five O'Clock Club in New York, where his groups meet on Monday nights. After a career in strategy development and implementation at Citibank, J.P. Morgan, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, he made a transition into career coaching. He guides his clients to develop a variety of skills to advance their careers while on the job: keeping a manager happy, low key networking inside and outside one’s firm, putting together an effective rйsumй, preparing for interviews, and salary negotiation.

The presentation proved to be a valuable recap of interviewing skills for financial professionals. The Association plans to organize further events in the area of career development, including live coach sessions together with Russia's top recruiters and job coaches.

The Association thanks UniCredit Securities for kindly providing its conference facilities on Chistoprudniy Boulevard in Moscow.
