On March 1, CFA Russia invited Andrey Bednyakov, expert at the National Center for Public Private Partnership, to speak about public private partnership in Russia and in the world.

 

The speaker addressed several topics during the online event, such as: how project financing is used in the world, what risks should be taken into account when dealing with project financing, as well as importance and conditions of the public private partnership in Russia. Andrey also gave a brief overview of the project financing mechanisms and models.
